When you meet with obstacles in life, what do you do?
From my years of experience, there are three possibilities.
One group of people will remain frozen and be perpetually lost. Because suddenly the familiar becomes unfamiliar and you are unable to act. They will of course not ride over the crisis.
Another group of people will curse their bad luck and turn back…preferring to seek solace in the good old days of yore. They will choose to stay within their comfort zone because the outside world seems scary and the risk of failure is too much for them to stomach.
The last group, and we should applaud them truly, will continue to push forward. I recall this saying ‘when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.’ When they keep pushing forward, they will eventually seek the breakthrough and savour the sweet treats of success. Very often, in order to reach the next pinnacle in life, they will seek a mentor to guide them through the unchartered waters so they become stronger after the baptism.
Pause and ask yourself – which group do you fall into? One, two or three?
I have been in the people business for more than ten years. From my stint as a Human Resource Manager back in my corporate days to being a professional life coach now, helping others overcome challenges has become my forte.
My brand mission is to help people brand themselves effectively so as to become more confident, successful and happy. And I do this through my life coaching programmes in Singapore.
As a professional life coach to my clients, we maintain a unique partnership. This partnership is special because it is designed to help you work on the most important issues in your life. Challenges can take different shapes and sizes. Big or small, no challenge is too difficult to overcome. Whether you are attempting to scale the hill or the mountain, you still need to take action. It’s only the course of action that is different.
Just think about it – which Olympian athlete has won the coveted gold medal by training on his or her own? None.
These world-class athletes seek out mentors who are able to help them reprogramme their minds, bodies and souls to produce peak performance time and time again. The breakthrough they seek is within grasp simply because they understand the true value of having a life coach in their lives to guide them through to achieve success. For example, a swimmer needs to know with precision when to turn in the pool, when to breathe, how to kick etc. More importantly, they need to work on their mental resilience. All these can only be achieved with the help of a mentor who has been there and able to show you the results you desire.
From tackling relationship issues to grooming challenges to feeling stuck in life with no direction, let me be with you by being your strongest advocate and motivator. You name your challenge and I will help you navigate your way through it. If you read my story, you will know I have been through some of life’s biggest challenges and these include having to deal with the untimely death of my father and being cheated by my ex-business partner in my first venture. If I have not been strong enough, I would have crumbled.
Fast forward to today and having coached over 5500 exceptional individuals from more than 195 businesses, companies, government organisations and schools, my record speaks for itself.
A personalized life coach session awaits you…to give you a better quality of life – one that you truly deserve to be more successful and happier. Only if you will give yourself a chance.

Presentation Skills Training Singapore
Like it or not, no man is an island. We are surrounded by other human beings. And this makes it imperative to communicate with them.
While the term ‘communication’ may have become a loose noun for almost every verbal discourse, there is still a necessity to use it in the right context.
Every day while we are communicating with others, we are doing one of two things. We are either selling something to someone or being sold something by the other party.
I know how many of us hate to be ‘sold’. It could be an idea, policy or viewpoint.
When people succeed in selling something to us, they succeed simply not because they are smarter. Instead, it boils down to this key ingredient – presentation skills.
We are presenting all the time. And we are presenting because we want to win.
When a couple quarrels, the guy or girl wants to present his or her point of view.
Boy: “Sigh, you don’t see my point of view...”
Girl: “Really? But you don’t understand how you feel…”
When a student speaks in front of his tutorial group, he is presenting his final year project report.
“I’m happy to share with you interesting insights from my final year project report. As xxx has always been my passion, I decided to do a project that allowed me to combine my passion and add in a social responsibility element as well.”
When a salesperson extols the benefits of the latest gadget, he is presenting a case for us to open our wallets.
“This helps you to save time and effort in ….By simply pressing this button, you can immediately capture the information and then send it to the cloud storage. Only one touch and everything is done.”
As you can see, never underestimate the importance of presentation skills training. It is a vital skill to master so as to survive in today’s ever-changing world.
Interestingly, the number one fear cited most often by people is the fear of public speaking. This does come as a surprise because just imagine – the person delivering the eulogy is actually ranked higher in terms of fear than the person lying in the coffin!
But it will be a totally different scenario if you allow us to help you master presentation skills. The training in Singapore is conducted either one-on-one or in small mastermind groups. This is to ensure you are able to follow my proven techniques for presentation skills.
Let me just share with you one quick technique that you can immediately use in your next presentation to up your presentation skills.
In this information age where we are bombarded with information overload, do not try to squeeze as much information into your presentation as you will lose everyone. Instead, just mention three salient points you want to cover. You can elaborate them in detail later or share with the audience post-presentation.
You may ask – why three? Well, from time immemorial, we have been gunning for either gold, silver or bronze. Notice how society doesn’t even have a name for the metal after bronze? Because nobody wants it!
Similarly, since our schooling days, we aspire to get first, second or third in any race, academic or ranking. Fourth sounds like a really lousy prize to end up with.
Or how about the three blind mice or three little pigs?
Say what you want but the numeral “three” really does wonder.
Having trained students and undergraduates from over 80 educational institutions, I know the importance of this gift. If you are happy to receive it, click here to sign up for presentation skills training today. And I would love to hear from you your thoughts if you have used my ‘three’ tip!
